'The Property' is 'The Barn' and 'The Lodge' together.

The cost of your stay includes the set up of the queen sized beds only.
An additional linen fee may be charged for the use of the sofa beds.
IMPORTANT: We have a maximum capacity for a reason. Our septic tanks are only approved to accept a set amount of waste. If more people stay in the house and use the facilities, this can cause issues with the septic systems. We strongly advise that you do not invite more than the approved overnight guests to stay in each house. Please remember that we are located in rural and remote country NSW, we do not have endless town supply like the towns and cities.
Below is a detailed floor plan of 'The Barn' and 'The Lodge' so that you can plan ahead of your arrival on who is going to sleep where.

Frequently asked questions:
Can we bring blow up mattresses for more people?
Unfortunately not. The septic systems do not cope with more than the approved number of overnight guests on-site.
What happens if the septic systems backs-up or blocks during my stay?
If its identified that you've exceeded the number of maximum overnight guests, you as the Hirer will be responsible for 'making good' of the facilities and any costs to repair any damage caused by improper use of the septic systems and facilities.
Can we camp on-site and bring more people?
Unfortunately not. Our property contains basalt rock and it's impossible to get tent pegs into the ground. Also, the septic systems do not cope with more than the approved number of overnight guests on-site.
Can we bring a campervan or caravan so that we can have more people on-site?
Under our license to operate, we are not permitted to host campervans or caravans. There are however local caravan and camping approved properties locally (Tanjenong Campsite and Bummeroo Ford Camping Ground) which can host campervans or caravans or camping on-site.
What if I want to host more guests?
