House Rules

Each stay is subject to terms and conditions; these can be found in the 'Welcome Pack' on the table when you arrive (or on our website).

The main conditions are:

1. The HIRER is solely responsible for their guests and their behaviour whilst on the Property.

2. Any loss or damage caused by the HIRER or their guests is the sole responsibility of the HIRER.

3. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS WHILE ON-SITE WILL BE CHARGED FOR.

Please respect other guests' time, privacy and quiet while on the property.

• Loud music and all-night parties are not permitted on this property.

• Guests who are unsocial and disruptive, exhibit inappropriate behaviour and cause damage or have uninvited/unexpected guests arrive will result in immediate termination of their booking with no refund and will be asked to leave immediately.

We take pride in and look after our house and we expect you to do the same, and leave it as it was given to you.
