The HIRER is solely responsible for their guests and their behaviour whilst on the Property.
Any loss or damage caused by the HIRER or their guests is the sole responsibility of the HIRER.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
Please respect other guests' time, privacy and quiet while on the property.
Loud music and all-night parties are not permitted on this property.
Guests who are disruptive, inappropriate and cause damage or uninvited/unexpected guests who arrive will be asked to leave immediately.
We take pride in and look after our house and we expect you to do the same, and leave it as it was given to you.
