This Guest Welcome Pack has been created over the years based on feedback from other guests and frequently asked questions.

To ensure all guests are well-informed and have an excellent stay,

Please read this pack before arriving on the property.

Your time away is precious. However, it comes with a certain amount of responsibility during your stay.

We'd like to kindly remind our guests that we are NOT a hotel. You have booked a private house on a private rural property in remote NSW.

You Are Holidaying in Our Home. Please Respect It!

We do live on-site, and we have domestic pets and wildlife on our property.

We Have Puppies

Please drive SLOW (10 km/h) down our driveway. Be aware of our domestic pets: Jackson and Mitchell, our two Kelpie puppies, and Minx and Rosi, our two cats. Also, keep an eye out for wildlife when coming onto the property. The Kelpies are still getting used to cars. Please STOP for them.

While we are pet-friendly, we are also a wildlife refuge. Guests MUST register their pets before arriving on our property. Additional house setup is required before arrival, and extra cleaning fees apply for pets who stay.

Important Information for Your Stay

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. This allows us to prepare the house for the next guests. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance.

Local Attractions

Abercrombie Ridge is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and attractions. Enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the local flora and fauna. Don't forget to visit the nearby towns for unique shops and dining options.

Safety Guidelines

Your safety is our priority. Familiarise yourself with the emergency exits and procedures upon arrival. In case of any emergencies, please contact us immediately.

Wildlife Awareness

As a wildlife refuge, we encourage you to respect the natural habitat. Do not feed or disturb the wildlife. Keep a safe distance and enjoy observing them in their natural environment.

Pet Policy

As mentioned earlier, we love pets! However, please ensure they are registered before your arrival. This helps us prepare the house accordingly. Remember to clean up after your pets to maintain the cleanliness of our property.

Additional Amenities

We offer various amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to use the BBQ grill and relax on the patio.
