To ensure all guests are well informed and have an excellent stay,
Please read this pack, before arriving on the Property.
Your time away is your time away; however, it does come with a certain amount of responsibility during your stay.
We'd like to kindly remind our guests that we are NOT a hotel and that you have booked a private house on a private rural property in remote NSW.
You are holidaying in our home. Please respect it!
We do live on-site, and we do have domestic pets and Wildlife on our Property.
We have puppies
Please drive SLOW (15kms/hr) down our driveway and please be aware of our domestic pets; Jackson and Mitchell – our two Kelpie puppies, Minx and Rosi – our two cats) and the Wildlife when coming onto the Property. The Kelpies are still getting used to cars. Please STOP for them.
Whilst we are pet friendly, we are also a wildlife refuge, and guests MUST register their pets before arriving onto our Property. Additional house set up is required before arrival, and additional cleaning fees do apply for pets who stay.
