Covid-19 and your stay

The government has stepped back from mandating any form of guidelines and have left it to the general public and businesses to live and operate in a Covid-19 world. Covid-19 is now part of normal Australian society.
To ensure your stay continues as planned, our expections of our guests in the lead up to your stay is that you attempt to remain unaffected by Covid-19, therefore, it is the guests responsibility to remain unaffected before your stay.
In the event that you or one of your guests contracts Covid-19 in the lead up to your stay, those individuals must not travel.
You're welcome to substitute your affected guests with unaffected guests, however we do not permit stays to be rescheduled or refunded due to guests contracting Covid-19 within the week before their intended stay.
If all of your guests are affected by Covid-19, then your stay is forfeited.
With regards to cancellations and postponents, your booking is subject to our standard terms and conditions and our cancellation period remains as stated for Covid-19 infections.
